1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Will my items arrive together?
Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
6. How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart in the product images before ordering. We are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection.
7. What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Generally, Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please note: Because all items are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
