VELVET CHOICES LLC DOES NOT MANUFACTURE THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE. ACCORDINGLY, VELVET CHOICES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT DEFECTS, MANUFACTURING ERRORS, OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY THIRD-PARTY MANUFACTURERS.

  • Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in Travis County, Texas, to protect intellectual property.
