1. OVERVIEW

Velvet Choices LLC is a Texas-based e-commerce retailer operating exclusively through third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping fulfillment partners. We do not maintain a physical warehouse or storefront. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund for products purchased through ourwebsite.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO RETURN

Purchasing Authority: By placing an order with Velvet Choices LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • If purchasing on behalf of a minor dependent, you are a supervising adult who accepts full legal responsibility for the transaction.
  • All information you provide during checkout is accurate and truthful.

Returns and refunds will only be processed for orders placed by authorized adults meeting these requirements.

3. GENERAL POLICY: (APPAREL & HOME GOODS)

Refunds ONLY for damaged/defective/wrong items:

  • Item is in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
  • All original tags are attached and original packaging is intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

4. MANDATORY RETURN AUTHORIZATION

⚠️DO NOT send your purchase back to:

  • The manufacturer or supplier
  • The "Sender" address listed on your shipping label
  • Our Texas business registration address

Because we utilize multiple third-party fulfillments and drop shipping partners, the authorized return address varies by product and order. To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Email support@velvetchoices.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
  3. Ship the item only to the specific fulfillment warehouse address provided in your RMA email.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent to any address other than the one specified in your RMA email will not be eligible for a refund and cannot be retrieved by Velvet Choices LLC.

5. PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) ITEMS — FINAL SALE

Because POD items are custom-made specifically for your order, all POD sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color perception differences between screens and physical products

Before placing your order:

  • Consult our size charts carefully for all apparel items.
  • Review product descriptions and photos thoroughly for home goods and décor.
  • Contact us at support@velvetchoices.com before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.

Exception: POD items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed are eligible for a replacement or full refund. See Section 6 below.

6. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us at support@velvetchoices.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Your email must include:

  • Your order number and full name
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The damaged or defective item
    • The original packaging
    • The shipping label

Once the issue is verified with our fulfillment partner, we will provide one of the following resolutions at no additional cost to you:

  • A replacement item shipped to your original delivery address, or
  • A full refund applied to your original method of payment.

7. EXCHANGES

Because our products are fulfilled by third-party partners, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item:

  1. Initiate a return for the eligible standard item following the process in Section 4.
  2. Place a new separate order for the desired item once your return is approved.

8. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected by the authorized fulfillment warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: We will notify you of the reason for rejection and provide available options.
  • Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time beyond our processing window to post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted (e.g., items showing signs of use or missing original packaging).

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • All Print-on-Demand (POD) custom items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Items not in their original condition, showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by our fulfillment partner
  • Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Digital products or gift cards
