At Velvet Choices LLC, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers across the United States. Because we operate as a print-on-demand and dropshipping retailer, your items are created and shipped directly from our network of third-party fulfillment partners.

2. AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR PURCHASING

By placing an order on our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. While our products (including apparel and home décor) may be used by individuals of all ages under adult supervision, only authorized adults are permitted to initiate transactions and provide shipping information.

3. PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT TIMES

Because many of our items are custom-made specifically for you, orders typically require a processing period before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our partner's warehouse.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Velvet Choices LLC currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • We ship to all 50 states; however, shipping times to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may be longer than standard domestic estimates.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout.

5. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive at your door.
  • Multiple Shipments: If you order items from different categories (e.g., a rug and a t-shirt), they may be fulfilled by different partners and could arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

6. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Once a package is handed over to a third-party carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery.

  • Shipping Delays: Velvet Choices LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside of our direct control.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Velvet Choices LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • You must notify us at support@velvetchoices.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label so we can coordinate a replacement with our fulfillment partner at no cost to you.

8. THIRD-PARTY DATA DISCLOSURE

To fulfill your order, we must share your name and shipping address with our authorized third-party printing and shipping partners.
